Principles

(Epistemic) Humility.
I seek to understand, holding to a worldview that centers God, but looking for truth wherever I can find it, even if it requires me to wrestle. Understanding the source of knowledge, the limits of my personal knowledge, and the nature of knowledge. I am never beneath someone who knows more, and never beneath someone who appears to know less. I am a learner by my actions, not my perceived qualifications.
Craftsmanship.
I take time to appreciate craftspeople, agnostic of industry or vocation. There is beauty in excellence, and it should be praised when you see it, wherever it comes from. I pursue a craftsmanlike approach to my own life and pursuits, as I look to better establish a kind of robust and shared guide for doing what I do in new and expansive ways.
Community.
Healthy community where shared values are prioritized, and you can have a space to do the things that communicate what you need and how it works. I look to never destroy what is already built, and communicate what that is and how you can continue to grow and build into and around of.
Joy.
The shortness of life is persistent and we play with it. In areas where you find a shorter and less aware of what things mean, there is a constitution of what the things you want to do are, and how you do to engage and what it looks like to do the things that a vision for your life allows for you too experience.
Curiosity.
Exploration of the unknown. Unburdened exploration. Willingness to try new things. A determination to set up systems and places where you can create a better environment for outcomes you want to see and experience.
Integrity.
Doing what you say you will do, when you say you will do it.

Rules to Live By
1. Agency always compounds.
2. Your risk aversion will not save you. Lean into difficulty.
3. Communication is the highest leverage skill you can build, to consistently connect with people.
4. You are 1 email (and 25 followups) away, from anyone in the world. Act like it.
